Mr. John Chapman; first owner, entrepreneur, cotton farmer & one of Twiggs County’s wealthiest mid-nineteenth century citizens.
i. Land deeded by his father William Chapman. (d. 1848)
ii. Since 1807, the Chapman family were landowners.
iii. William Chapman drew Land Lot 111 during 1807 Land Lottery.
iv. 1830 John Chapman acquired Land Lot 112 & part of lot 85.
v. John Chapman married 4 times & had 9 children. (d. 1892)
vi. Last wife & children ran Hollywood Farms until 19o6.

Minimum non-refundable cancellation fee $250
To avoid a full cancellation fee, please provide written cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to the start of your scheduled event.
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the event, you will receive the amount of your deposit less the minimum cancellation fee.
If you cancel your event inside 30 days, you may apply your deposit to another event.
